The Boston Fire Department says a fire that broke out shortly before noon on Friday at 6 Westville Terrace was set - and that one man is under arrest for breaking and entering and arson.

Nobody was injured in the fire, which did an estimated $75,000 in damage, the department says.

It was apparently set on the second floor of the three-story building.
