The Boston Police Department reports an 18-year-old who was shot in the head on Tonawanda Street late Monday has died.

The teen was found at 9 Tonawanda St. with a gunshot wound around 11:15 p.m. and was rushed to Boston Medical Center - about 2 1/2 hours after another 18-year-old was fatally shot in Mattapan.
