A Suffolk County grand jury has indicted Sherman Badgett, 19, for shooting Aaron Brown to death on Aug. 19 at the YMCA, 776 Washington St., the Suffolk County District Attorney's office reports.

Badgett is being held without bail and is scheduled for arraignment on June 10 in Suffolk Superior Court, the DA's office says.
