Sen. Elizabeth Warren plans to join Sen. Bernie Sanders Friday night at a rally in downtown Boston.
According to the Washington D.C.-based Our Revolution, the senators plan to discuss "economic justice and resisting the Trump agenda."
Sanders is scheduled to be in Dorchester earlier in the day for a forum at the EMK Institute.
Sanders won a massive following during his battle for the Democratic presidential nomination in 2016 against Hillary Clinton. Warren stayed out of that race until it was clear that Clinton had secured the nomination, at which point she endorsed Clinton.
Raise Up Massachusetts, which has secured a minimum wage increase and earned sick time laws in recent years, is assisting with the event, which Our Revolution says will be live streamed from Boston's Orpheum Theater, 1 Hamilton Place.
