CONNOLLY PROMOTING GLOBE EDITORIAL ON PRO-WALSH MYSTERY GROUP: The Connolly camp is circulating a flier reprinting word-for-word yesterday's Globe editorial on a mystery group pushing Walsh's candidacy. The Walsh camp is claiming the flier is a negative campaign tactic that dropped last night. "When you combine this flier with the Connolly campaign's messaging of recent days - which is that Marty is allegedly 'buying this election' - yes, this is unquestionably a negative campaign tactic," Walsh press secretary Kate Norton said in a statement. "It is sad that as voters are about to go to the polls, the Connolly campaign felt the only way to keep itself viable in this election was to overtly and unfairly attack Marty Walsh. As they well know, the moment that Marty learned of the existence of One Boston, he steadfastly and repeatedly called on them to disclose their donors ahead of Election Day." Natasha Perez, a spokeswoman for the Connolly campaign, said, "We distributed a word for word copy of the Boston Globe editorial about special interests dumping mystery money into this race to buy the election. If the Walsh campaign has an issue with the editorial, they should talk to the Boston Globe."

ELIZABETH WARREN SWINGS BY WALSH CAMPAIGN OFFICE: U.S. Sen. Elizabeth Warren dropped by a Walsh campaign office yesterday and posed for a picture with some volunteers. Afterwards, the Globe's Jim O'Sullivan tweeted yesterday: "Warren aide says her stop at Walsh campaign office -- three days before election -- does not equal endorsement. Like [a retweet], sort of."
